• Monitor costs, waste, inventory, and product ordering.
• Ensure proper cash handling and store financial procedures.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels for sales volume.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly.
• Hold team members accountable for performance and standards.
• Develop Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers for advancement.
• Monitor store sales and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety requirements.
