The role involves managing daily operations, team building, and developing staff while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 1 year of restaurant management experience, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn. We offer a bonus plan, paid time off, and medical benefits from day one of the following month after sixty days of employment.

Competenze
