Confidential is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations at one of our high-volume breakfast concepts in Georgia. You will drive guest satisfaction, quality, and financial performance while developing a strong restaurant team.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong operational know-how, and the ability to balance exceptional service with business results. Must be available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing restaurant teams.
• Strong understanding of labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant financials.
• Comfortable working with restaurant POS, scheduling, and back-office systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leadership style and ability to jump into operations when needed.
• ServSafe Manager certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Deliver a consistently great guest experience.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a strong restaurant team.
• Build a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
• Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, waste, and other KPIs.
• Oversee ordering and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Review sales and financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Resolve guest and operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health, safety, and labor requirements.
• Partner with company leadership to drive restaurant performance and support goals.
