A&R Group seeks a seasoned Hotel General Manager for the Fairfield Inn & Suites Orange Beach, a 116-room select-service property. You will own the P&L, manage budgets, forecast performance, and partner with revenue management to maximize RevPAR and occupancy.

The GM will lead a front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance team, drive guest satisfaction, uphold Marriott brand standards, and oversee safety, maintenance, and capital projects. Weekend and peak-season leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hotel operations experience.
• At least 1 year in a GM or AGM leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Proven success in revenue management and financial performance.
• Hilton or major brand experience strongly preferred.
• High emotional intelligence and sound decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
