Skytouch Holdings Of Georgetown LLC is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the Fairfield by Marriott in Georgetown, KY. You will oversee daily hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a passionate hospitality team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Marriott-brand experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage budgets and staff across departments. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience required.
• Prior Marriott branded properties experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in hotel operations, revenue management, and team leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest relations skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and hospitality software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily hotel operations to ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
• Lead, mentor, and develop hotel staff across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, policies, and quality assurance requirements.
• Drive sales strategies and work with local accounts to increase occupancy and RevPAR.
• Handle guest relations, resolve escalated complaints, and maintain high satisfaction scores.
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management of hotel team members.
• Coordinate with ownership and corporate leadership on property goals and reporting.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic pricing, forecasting and inventory management; overseas daily and long-range revenue optimization using RMS/OTA Channel management tools
