Mission Yogurt, Inc. in Denver inside Denver International Airport is hiring a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role oversees food and beverage quality, staff performance, sanitation, and inventory control in a high‑volume setting. The successful candidate will have at least three years of management experience in full‑service or quick‑serve environments, strong leadership, and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of full‑service/quick‑serve restaurant/retail management experience.
• Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash handling and daily fiscal operations.
• Oversee stock control, ordering of supplies and inventory management.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and communicate policies to staff.

POSITION SUMMARY

TheGeneral Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to providing an excellent guest experience, quality control, personnel management, sanitation, equipment maintenance, health inspections, and inventory management. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of various company and restaurant policies and procedures.

Job-Specific Duties:

• Set objectives and targets for staff.

• Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, counseling, training & development of staff and managers.
• Set and monitor quality and service standards for staff.
• Communicate company policy, standards, and procedures to staff.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages and dishes to meet set standards.
• Interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle customer concerns.
• Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of front-of-house areas and staff.
• Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to cash management procedures.
• Responsible for daily fiscal management.
• Ensure adherence to stock control procedures; monitor and order supplies.
• Strong grasp of food cost, financials, and inventory control.
• Work with the marketing team to organize promotional activities.
• Maintain regular communication with restaurant staff and management through meetings and discussions.
• Work with Human Resources to address disciplinary issues with team members.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
