Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Falls Church, VA is seeking a General Manager to oversee all store operations with a hands-on, ownership mentality. The role follows a one-shift model, with early starts to support baking and opening the store.

The GM will drive audit readiness, manage catering and in-store orders, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while leading the team to meet food-cost and labor targets.

Qualifications

• Successful GMs have 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable but required for managing food cost and labor targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations with a hands-on, 'own it' leadership approach.
• Ensure audit readiness, manage catering/mobile/in-store orders, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead scheduling, deposits, and inventory management to close out daily operations.
