Monty’s Handyman Services is seeking a General Manager / General Contractor to lead the New London operation. This on-site role oversees daily field work, manages crews and subcontractors, and ensures projects stay on time and within budget.

You will drive licensing, compliance, and customer-focused service. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in residential construction leadership, strong cost-awareness, and comfort with field tech and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, estimating, and leadership within residential construction or trades.
• Strong understanding of gross margins, job costing, and operational profitability.
• Punctuality, proactive communication, and reliability.
• Familiarity with mobile tech and scheduling/CRM software.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily field operations and oversee job sites.
• Prepare on-site estimates and present itemized quotes.
• Manage timelines, procurement, and labor allocation to hit budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
