Job summary

Hi-Peak Staffing is seeking a General Manager for a leading Dallas-area commercial roofing contractor to oversee the Project Management division and drive profitability on large-scale, new construction roofs.

You will lead five Project Managers, manage budgets and schedules, ensure safety, and build strong relationships with general contractors and stakeholders while developing team capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of a strong background in commercial construction, general contracting, or commercial roofing
• Proven leadership experience overseeing Project Managers or construction operations teams
• Experience with large-scale new construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction budgets, scheduling, contracts, and financial performance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Commercial roofing experience is a plus, but GC backgrounds are welcome

An established and highly respected commercial roofing contractor in Dallas, TX, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee its Project Management division.

This individual will lead a team of five Project Managers responsible for large-scale, new construction roofing projects. We are looking for a strong construction leader who can drive operational performance, develop team members, maintain profitability, and ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Commercial roofing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong backgrounds in general contracting, commercial construction, or construction management are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Opportunity

• Base Salary: $150,000




• Annual Bonus: 20% target
