As part of the Skybound Service Partners platform, DMA is building out its Florida operation and needs a business leader who can drive revenue growth, build a high-performing team, and create the client relationships that generate recurring work for years to come.
The General Manager is the senior business leader for DMA’s Florida operation. This role owns the full P&L: revenue growth, margin performance, team development, client relationships, and operational execution. The GM is responsible for growing the top line through direct business development and by enabling the sales team, delivering projects profitably, and building the customer loyalty that drives repeat and referral business. This is a leadership role for a commercially‑minded operator who can build relationships in the field, hold a team accountable, and drive sustainable business growth.
