Job summary

Ziggi’s Coffee is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations at a corporate location within 40 miles. You will lead a high-performing team, drive exceptional customer experiences, ensure operational excellence, and manage financial performance while modeling Ziggi’s values.

The position offers a pay range of $23-30 per hour, plus tips and a quarterly bonus potential up to $10k per year, with opportunities to develop future leaders in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Solid business acumen with ability to manage P&L drivers.
• Analytical mindset with ability to read reports and data.
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and drive customer experiences.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop team members for leadership roles.
• Create weekly schedules aligning with sales and budgets.
• Manage labor, inventory, and vendor relationships to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with Owner/District Manager to meet financial goals.
