Job summary

Beans & Brews Coffee House in Syracuse, Utah, is seeking career-minded individuals to join the Management Team with the goal of advancing to General Manager. This is a full-time role with a commitment of 40–45 hours per week and a path to long-term growth within Beans & Brews.

The General Manager will train, lead and communicate effectively, enforce Operations and Policies, and be an exemplary representative of the brand while overseeing Barista, Shift Leader and Assistant Manager duties.

Qualifications

• The General Manager position requires a positive, friendly and confident personality with the desire to develop strong leadership, training and communication skills.
• The General Manager is expected to apply their leadership, training and communication skills in order to successfully manage a single Beans & Brews Operation.
• The General Manager must be able to perform all duties required of a Beans & Brews Barista, Shift Leader and Assistant Manager.
• Beans & Brews General Managers must know, understand and enforce all Beans & Brews Operations and Policies.
• This includes training, implementing and assessing Operations and Policies as outlined in the Beans & Brews Mission and Management Team Objectives.
• The General Manager must be an example to their crew, and a professional representation of Beans & Brews Coffee House.
