Tree Top Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a custom machine shop and fabrication business serving regional industrial customers. The role requires balancing urgency, customer responsiveness, operational discipline, team leadership, and process improvement.

The General Manager will oversee daily shop and office operations, quoting, scheduling, customer and vendor coordination, safety, financial management, and ongoing systems and process

Formación

• 7+ years of leadership experience in a machine shop or fabrication environment.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining, fabrication processes, and mechanical manufacturing.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume job shop environments with urgent workloads.
• Experience with quoting, job costing, workflow management, and operational leadership.
• Ability to lead and develop shop and office teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily machine shop and fabrication operations.
• Manage production planning, scheduling, and job prioritization.
• Maintain workflow efficiency, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate communication between the office and the shop floor.
• Oversee quoting discipline, tracking, turnaround, and job fit.
• Lead, coach, and develop shop leaders and team members.
• Take accountability for P&L performance, budgets, and cost control.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
