You will oversee multiple service lines, drive financial performance, mentor teams, and act as the primary client liaison. You will report to the lounge leadership, manage staff development, and ensure service excellence while delivering on client expectations

SodexoMagic is seeking a Lounge General Manager for the American Airlines Lounges at Reagan National Airport (DCA). We are seeking a hospitality leader with a background in food and beverage within an upscale dining environment.

SodexoMagic is a joint venture between NBA Hall of Famer Earvin 'Magic' Johnson and Sodexo. As a certified minority company, we provide food, facilities management and integrated services across corporate, healthcare, education and aviation.

About the job

Step into a dynamic leadership role where you’ll oversee multiple service lines, drive operational excellence, and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client and guest experiences. You’ll serve as the strategic point of contact for our clients, ensuring all service standards are met while championing team development, financial performance, and continuous improvement.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range:

$120190 - $155540

Incentive Eligibility:

Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
