Job summary

SodexoMagic is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor at the AMERICAN AIRLINES ADMIRALS CLUB to oversee on-site food operations, coordinating fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, and cafes under management direction. The role requires agility and multitasking in a dynamic site.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of related work experience with supervisory exposure; strong teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements

Pay Range: $25 - $27

What You’ll Do: As a Kitchen Supervisor at SodexoMagic, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.
