Job summary

SodexoMagic, the joint venture of Magic Johnson and Sodexo, seeks a Lounge General Manager for the Delta Sky Club at Palm Beach Intl. Airport. You will oversee daily operations across multiple service areas and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in management in food service or hospitality; strong financial acumen; Spanish language ability a plus; eligible for Sodexo's incentive plan; salary range listed below.

SodexoMagic has an opportunity for a Lounge General Manager within the Delta Sky Club at Palm Beach Intl. Airport (PBI). We are seeking a food and beverage leader with a passion for hospitality. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.

SodexoMagic is a joint venture between NBA Hall of Famer Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Sodexo. As a certified minority company, we provide food, facilities management and integrated services across corporate, healthcare, education and aviation.

Take charge of a vibrant, fast-paced environment where you’ll oversee daily operations, lead service excellence, and drive team performance across multiple service areas. This role is your opportunity to build strong client partnerships, inspire your team, and make a measurable impact on guest satisfaction and financial outcomes.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range:

$74290 per year - $96140 per year

Incentive Eligibility:

Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
