Eataly is seeking a General Manager for Serra rooftop in New York to oversee front-of-house operations and coordinate with front- and back-of-house teams. The GM will drive profitability while upholding our standards.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of high-volume restaurant management, and strong leadership plus communication skills; Italian cuisine and wine experience is preferred. On-site with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The General Manager of Serra directs the front of house operations, working with the front of house and back of house teams. Reports to the Director of Store Operations and oversees the team of Restaurant Assistant General Managers.

The annual compensation for this role would be $100,000 - $110,000
