FGG Spa, LLC is seeking a high-impact General Manager for the Concord, NC location to lead operations, guest experience, and financial performance. You will be responsible for driving sales, memberships, and profitability while building a strong, service-first team culture.

You will own KPIs, report on performance, and develop a world-class client experience across all touchpoints, balancing people leadership with sharp business acumen in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.

• Strong experience working with KPIs is required.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – CONCORD (8915 Christenbury Pkwy, Concord, NC 28027) is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business.

This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.

Lead the Business

• Spa operations and overall performance
• Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability
• Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership

Build the Team

• Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team
• Lead, coach, and develop your team with a people-first mindset
• Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence
• Ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints

Drive the Results

• Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance
• Use reporting and data to identify opportunities and improve results
• Optimize scheduling and staffing to support both service and business needs
• Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
