Fora seeks a General Manager to launch and lead a new agency within Fora Agency Lab, initially focused on the adventure travel vertical, powered by Fora’s AI-enabled platform, supplier relationships, training, and infrastructure.

The General Manager will own the agency’s strategy, brand, client growth, operations, and performance. You will recruit and develop a team of independent contractors to scale the business, testing a repeatable model across travel niches.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of professional experience.

• Growth-oriented approach with enthusiasm for AI and technology.

Responsibilities

• Launch and operate a niche travel agency powered by Fora’s AI platform, supplier relationships, technology, and training.
• Own agency growth across bookings, contractor productivity, marketing, brand development, and overall performance.
• Define value proposition, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
• Build a distinctive brand and grow a client base within the travel niche.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor independent contractors as volume grows.
