Position Requirements

• Exhibit our Core Values
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have knowledge of service and food and beverage (including alcohol sales), generally involving a minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a salaried manager in a full service, casual dining restaurant
• The ability to set goals and the desire to achieve them
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a staff
• Effective problem-solving and mediation skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing and motivating team members
• Possess excellent basic math skills and a full working knowledge of the POS system
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Must have the stamina to work 10-12 hour shifts and up to 50 hours per week in 5 days.
