Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily store operations in Spring, TX. You will provide leadership, supervise operations, and drive profitability while upholding food safety and an inclusive, engaged team environment.

A commitment to excellence and customer service is essential. Minimum GM experience in a fast-paced service setting is required, along with cost management and team development skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred.
