Domino's in Houston, TX is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily store operations and provide strong leadership across teams. You will drive profitability, uphold food safety standards, and build an inclusive, engaged workplace culture.

We expect at least 1 year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment, plus skills in cost management, staff development, and customer service. You will also lead hiring, training, and execution of store procedures to meet brand standards.

• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred
