Domino’s is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations for a single store in Humble, TX. You will provide leadership, drive profitability, enforce food safety, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leading a team, managing costs, recruiting and developing staff, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and safety protocols. Full training and strong career opportunities come with the position.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred
