Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Las Cruces, NM seeks a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run the store, serve customers, and coach the team.

You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, control costs, ensure food safety, and maintain image standards while delivering best-in-class service to guests.

This role requires prior management experience, a strong customer service focus, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lead by example with accountability.

• Increase Sales and Profit Potential

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
