Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Jacksonville, Texas is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store, drive customer satisfaction, and support our team members.

You will oversee operations, control costs, manage inventory and standards, and champion safety in a fast-paced environment. As GM, you will recruit and develop staff, lead by example, supervise P&L and labor, and strive to grow sales while maintaining exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Prior management or similar experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High School education or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Strong math skills for quick calculations.
