The General Manager position starts at minimum wage and raises are given upon completion of training evaluations completed by team member and manager. Washington ranges from $17.13-$21.19. Our managers make a percentage of sales each month that is based off required numbers being met in the acceptable range. Monthly bonuses are offered if criteria and responsibilities are met- they are not guaranteed.
