Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. in Irving, TX seeks a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and uphold high standards of food safety and customer service. You will recruit and develop a strong team while ensuring image, cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality across the store.

The ideal candidate has prior management or supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage a team and contribute to P&L, costs, and labor planning.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).

• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
