Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Gilmer, Texas is seeking a General Manager to lead our store with strong restaurant leadership, drive results, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will oversee operations, control costs, manage inventory, maintain image standards, and ensure attendance and punctuality across shifts. Candidates will recruit, develop, and retain staff, enforce food safety, and coach the team to maximize sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
