Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run the store efficiently, take care of customers, and support team members.

You will oversee operations, drive sales, ensure food safety, and maintain image standards in a fast-paced environment. The role requires prior management or similar experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lead by example while managing a team and a P&L.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced setting is required.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proven problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to lead by example and manage a team toward goals.
• Experience with P&L, cost controls and labor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
• Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members
• Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety
• Provide Best in Class Customer Service
• Increase Sales and Profit Potential

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
