Domino's is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single store. You will provide leadership, supervision, and drive profitability while upholding food safety and a safe, inclusive workplace.

The role requires prior GM experience in a fast-paced service environment, strong team development, and proficiency with store technology such as POS/ATS. Full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred.
