Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, guide a customer-focused team, and drive sales while maintaining high standards for safety and quality. This role requires hands-on leadership, accountability, and the ability to optimize labor and costs.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, uphold food safety standards, and deliver exceptional service to every guest. A driver's license is required and prior management experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
