Domino's Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead a Chanute, Kansas store, overseeing daily operations and driving guest satisfaction. You will provide direction, supervise staff, ensure food safety and profitability, and cultivate an inclusive, Engaged environment.

As a full-time GM, manage procedures, cost controls, recruit and develop teammates, and use POS/ATS technology to uphold brand standards and community presence.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Knowledge of operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.

General Managers provide overall leadership and supervision over operations, and are accountable for achieving operational standards, food safety, profitability, and creating an inclusive and engaged environment.
