Five Guys is seeking an accomplished restaurant leader with at least 2+ years of leadership experience and a track record of managing financial results. You will drive guest satisfaction, team engagement and operational excellence while upholding Five Guys standards and culture.

The role offers a performance-based bonus and opportunities for growth across a growing North American footprint. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest

The starting pay for this position is $65,000 annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards.

• Real work/life hours of operation. Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm. And no drive-thrus.
