MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise in Louisville, seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead daily operations, mentor a diverse team, and drive profitability within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets and forecasting, ensure compliance with laws and policies, build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners, and capitalize on local opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
