Job summary

Culver's is seeking an Assistant Manager to join Merch Foods Group, a Culver's franchising group, to lead guest experiences and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach and mentor staff, ensure food safety and store standards, handle shift operations, and assist with recruiting, training, and inventory. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• A genuine, smiling personality with a passion for positive leadership.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A reliable professional who shows up on time, ready for their shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1-2 years of restaurant experience is preferred; management experience is a plus.
• ServSafe Certified is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
