Job summary

Culver's is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily shifts, ensuring great food quality and outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will model professionalism, supervise team members, and uphold Culver's standards.

You will mentor and develop a high-performing team through hands-on coaching and training programs, while maintaining compliance with food safety procedures and company policies. This role offers growth and a fun, customer-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Any leadership experience is great
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and organization skills
