Luna Grill is opening a new Yucaipa location and seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead the team from day one. You will own the P&L, hire and train staff, and build a culture centered on guest experience and operational excellence.

Formación

• 2+ years as a GM in a high-volume or fast-casual restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
• Strong P&L and cost management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full restaurant P&L, driving sales and controlling costs.
• Recruit, hire, and build a team from day one.
• Lead daily operations — FOH, BOH, and everything in between.
• Set the tone for guest experience and hold the team to it.
• Train and develop AGMs, KMs, and hourly team members.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards at all times.
• Be the face of Luna Grill in the Yucaipa community.

Luna Grill, a fast casual/QSR concept, is looking for a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead our newest restaurant from the ground up. This is your chance to build a team, build a culture, and make your mark on a brand new location.
