Job summary

Talently is seeking an experienced hotel/resort leader to oversee operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage a premier conference facility. You will lead a multi-discipline team, ensuring profitability and brand alignment across Front Desk, F&B, housekeeping, and events.

The role focuses on strategic revenue generation, stakeholder engagement, and renovation oversight to support upcoming event center upgrades in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive hotel/resort leadership experience.
  • Experience with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry, Facility, Food and Beverage, Sales/Marketing, and Guest Service standards.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation, guest satisfaction, and team development.
  • Strong financial acumen with budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and industry‑specific hospitality systems.
  • Food and beverage leadership experience overseeing independent outlets and convention center operations.
  • Prior renovation experience to guide upcoming event center upgrades.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Renovations
