Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a capable leader to build and mentor a high-performing crew at our Wichita location. You will oversee daily operations, uphold food quality and exceptional customer service, and drive growth through local engagements and teamwork.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment with a focus on ownership and operational excellence. Prior ServSafe certification is preferred, and both full- and part-time crew opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Desire to be a hands-on teacher, cheerleader, coach and mentor to the crew.
• Possesses and demonstrates a strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative approach to growing the business (community-engagement, fundraisers, etc.).
• ServSafe certification

• Real work/life balance. Our locations are open from 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM. We are also closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas day.
