• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership.
• P&L ownership across a business unit.
• Experience in machining or precision manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement leadership experience.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of business unit performance with emphasis on profitability, operational execution, and sustainable growth.
• Establish a results-oriented operating environment centered around safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer expectations.
• Optimize manufacturing, materials, and maintenance activities to improve throughput and reduce costs.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve competitive position through Lean and process improvement.
• Translate financial and operational performance into actionable priorities to improve P&L results.
