Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.

The GM will coach a team of 40+ employees, drive service standards, and uphold brand integrity, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, four years related experience or training or equivalent combination.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service areas is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism for communications with all levels; maintain confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team; operate electronic equipment and safety procedures.
• Proven ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive service standards to achieve positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Review and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and communicate changes to employees.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Schedule effectively within labor budget to meet store needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

ROLESUMMARY
