Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a General Manager for our Retail team to lead store operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a compliant and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will drive service standards, maintain brand visuals, ensure regulatory adherence, and coach a team of 40+ employees to meet performance objectives while operating within budget and company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Review and ensure SOP compliance; communicate changes to employees.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring/training needs.

• Schedule effectively within labor budget to meet business needs.

ROLESUMMARY

SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS

• Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience
• Mustpossesstheabilitytotrain,developandevaluateateam of40+employees
• Strong interpersonal skillsand professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilityto upholda strictlevelof confidentialityand discretion
• Able to communicate in conversational Englishtowork effectively with customers and team members,operateelectronicequipment(computer,scanner, printer,etc.),comprehendsafetyprocedures,andutilizetelecommunicationdevices
• Provenabilitytoanalyzedataanddrawappropriateconclusionstoinformpolicies andprocedures

• Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
• Must be able to relate to and work withpatrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTs

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:

• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, includingtightspaces
• Accurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public;observe/inspect details at varying ranges;operatecomputing devices
• Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery): push/pull objects up to 50lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50lbs.; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; positionself and/orobjects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl)
• Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without aids to perform all functions of the position
• Occasionally required to remain in a seated position

WORKSCHEDULE

45+hours weeklywithflexiblehoursdependingonstoreneeds.Mustbeavailabletoworkevenings,weekends,andholidays.
