Kory Family McDonald's in Westmont, IL is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant, develop an exceptional team, drive sales and profitability, and own the business outcomes every day.

You will set goals, coach managers, hire and develop talent, and uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining cost controls across labor and inventory.
