Convive Brands is seeking a General Manager in Washington DC to lead a full-service restaurant with a people-first approach. You will set the restaurant tone, coach the team live on the floor, and ensure guest satisfaction across service, food quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality group.
  • Track record of leading teams with energy, empathy, accountability and vision.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, coach and retain high-performing teams.
  • P&L ownership with forecasting, labor, COGS, inventory and profitability focus.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; background in hospitality required.
