Baskin-Robbins in Auburn, Maine is hiring a General Manager to lead daily operations, recruit and develop a strong team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in our community shop. You will live the Customers Are Really Everything (C.A.R.E.) service model and create an inviting, everyday oasis for customers to enjoy great coffee and treats.

As GM you will relentlessly invest in your people, drive sales, schedule effectively, and ensure flawless service while keeping the shop clean,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail or food-service environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate staff and manage schedules
