Job summary

Royal Comfort LLC in Port Chester, NY is seeking a General Manager to run day-to-day operations and partner with the Founder and coaches to meet a high standard on every call.

You will oversee dispatch, field crews, and admin; mentor staff; drive sales and maintenance growth; and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction while handling escalations with grace.

Schedule and Requirements

• Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with overtime as needed.
• Experience: Previous GM or high-level Operations Management experience in the trades is required.
• Mindset: A "buck-stops-here" attitude with a focus on solutions, not excuses.
