Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.

This role also involves recruiting and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance, and applying Caliber’s SOPs and industry standards to ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the center’s overall operation in alignment with SOPs and industry guidelines.
