Caliber Collision in Lebanon, PA is seeking a Collision General Manager to run the service center with a focus on safety, quality repairs, and profitability. You will lead operations, manage risk, and develop teammates while driving client metrics and productivity.

This role requires 3+ years in collision management, CCC1 experience, and the ability to guide teams and sustain top service standards per Caliber SOPs.

Qualifications

This individual will also recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
