Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General Manager experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and guest-service skills.
• Passion for developing others and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment.
• Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law.
