Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver legendary guest experiences in a high-volume setting. You will recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and team members while driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence.

You will foster a positive, energetic workplace, ensure food safety and compliance, and execute local marketing initiatives to build a strong team culture and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and guest-service skills.
• Passion for developing others and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move items as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law.
